Warranty Conditions

This warranty shall be rendered null and void if:

• It has been damaged through misuse, negligence, accident or natural calamities, or
  
• It has been explicitly modified, tampered with, altered or repaired in any way by person other than our technicians, or
  
• It has been rendered non-functional as a result of abnormal voltage input, or
  
• The product serial number label has been altered, defaced, or removed, or
  
• Accessories ( e.g. Ear Hook ).
  

Remarks

• The parts and labor costs are included for the full warranty period unless specified.
  Service level of "Return-to-BTM, Bench Warranty" means customer has to send-in his/her faulty unit to BTM Customer Service and Repair Center for repair.
  
• The turn-around-time will be 7 working days primarily subject to parts availability. After the repair job is finished the customer services officer will notice you.
  
• The warranty period will be started from the date of product purchase. As a result, customer needs to keep the product purchase invoice/delivery note and warranty card as for the product proof of purchase; otherwise, the warranty period will be started as according to the product manufacture date. If you want to check the purchase date we will get HKD$50 for administration fee.
  
• The standard product warranty table above provides the latest information as for reference only.
• The actual product warranty entitlement may be revised without prior notice. Please refer to product documents or contact our hotline at 24152086 for further details.
